Do you have gluten-free flavours?
Yes — it's one of our strengths: a large part of the counter is gluten-free. Every shop keeps the official allergen list at hand; just ask. You can also filter by gluten-free on our flavours page.
Do you have vegan ice cream?
Yes. Our sorbets are made with fruit, water and sugar only, and are clearly labelled at the counter. Filter by vegan on the flavours page.
Is your ice cream pasteurised?
Yes. We work with fresh milk and cream, pasteurised in our own workshop as part of the daily making process.
Do you use colourings or preservatives?
No. Fresh milk and cream, fruit at its best and sugar: the colour and flavour come from the ingredients — that's why our pistachio isn't neon green. We only add a pinch of plant-based stabilisers (locust bean gum, seaweed) so the texture stays creamy and never crystallises.
I have an allergy or intolerance — what should I do?
Tell our team when ordering: we keep the full allergen list for every flavour and take care to avoid cross-contamination.
Can I take ice cream home?
Of course: every shop prepares take-away tubs in different sizes with the flavours you choose from the counter.
Do you take orders for celebrations or events?
Ask us at any shop or write to us on Instagram (@lanette_helados) and we'll sort it out with you.
